  They have the right to sign any necessary application forms, papers or documents and to represent us before all concerned ministries and governmental departments including but not limited to the General Directorate for Companies, The General Organization for Monetary Market, The General Organization for Investment and Free Zones, the Ministry of Commerce & Industry, the Ministry of Supplies and Internal Trade, the Ministry of Justice, The Commercial Registration Offices and Departments, the Notary Public Offices, the Companies and Commercial Agents Dept., the Chamber of Commerce and the Taxes Department, Passport Dept., Ministry of Interior.

  They have the right to sign the Articles of Association and bye laws of companies and the amendment thereof and to take any necessary action to establish, publish and register companies, branches and representation offices on our behalf. And to obtain Visas and permission of residents to our employs in Egypt and obtain all necessary licenses and signed on our behalf.

Any of the said attorneys has the right to delegate his powers in full or in part to a third party.
